Shipping

We ship Monday through Friday with USPS Priority shipping, which is usually delivered in 2 to 5 business days. We strive to get your orders processed as quickly and as accurately as possible. Our regular processing time is 2-3 business days (Monday - Friday).

We like to keep you informed throughout the order process. When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation message. Once your order is shipped, we’ll send another email. Please note: Sole Walkers is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, particularly where postal record of delivery shows delivery confirmation.

Return Policy

If it doesn't fit or you don't like it, don't worry. Return mail your unworn sandals in their original condition and packaging within 10 days to our address listed on your packing slip and receive Store Credit for the amount you paid minus the shipping charges.

If you're returning a package because it arrived damaged, or because you received the wrong item, you will not be charged a return shipping fee.
